GROUPS FOR EMERGING ADULTS

We offer several open-ended, interpersonal therapy groups to support emerging adults in connecting with others, communicating more openly and navigating the challenges unique to this stage of life.  As members form positive relationships in the group, they draw on each other to gain greater confidence in their day-to-day lives and explore issues related to present and future growth.

Current groups include:

  • Emerging Adults, ages 18-20, now forming

  • Emerging Adults, ages 20-24, Fridays, 2-3pm (1 opening)

  • Emerging Adults, ages 24-29, now forming

Groups have 5-7 members and meet for one hour per week.  The cost is $50 per session.  We accept Medi-Cal for groups and offer reduced fees upon request.  For more information, please contact us.
